The subject of performance is the provision of regular services, consisting in ensuring the functionality and continuous operation of buildings for irrigation of land within the irrigation system "Podivín-Lužice I." in accordance with the operating rules, building-technical documentation and related water-law documents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and amending certain acts (Water Act), as amended, Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of buildings for water-management meliorations of land and their parts and the method and scope of care for them, in accordance with the relevant part of technical standards (in particular TNV 75 4933, TNV 75 4934, ČSN EN 50 110-1 ED.3), pursuant to the relevant special legislation (e.g. Government Decree No. 194/2022 Coll., on professional competence in electrical engineering, as amended, Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., on the requirements of handling regulations and operating regulations of water works) and in accordance with other legislation or decisions of administrative authorities relating to the care and operation of these water works owned by the State and the competence to manage the State Land Office.
