Body repair vehicles and glass repairs WGK Limburg Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
The contract concerns a framework agreement (hereinafter: the RO) ‘repair of bodywork for the vehicles of WGK Limburg’ and ‘repair of glass breakage for the vehicles of WGK Limburg’. This contract is based on a framework contract with several lots. For the repairs of the bodywork, the intention is to organize the WGK Limburg in 3 plots according to region and associated departments and the repairs can be done depending on the place of residence of the employees. In case of urgency, we at WKG Limburg expect that the priority vehicles can also be transferred to another body repairer, so that the repair can continue without delay. WGK Limburg currently has an extensive fleet of approximately 1600 cars and wishes to ensure the services of a number of contractors with regard to the repair of the bodywork for the cars in this fleet. The fleet consists of about 1100 owned cars and about 500 leased cars. The assignment includes the repairs of the owned cars. The contract includes body repairs, body renewal, removal and affixing of stickers and related services and is divided into 3 lots. The glass breakage repairs and related services will be included in a separate plot. The current fleet consists of the following brands and types: Ford Fiesta, Hyundai i10, Ford Transit, Jeep Wrangler, Renault R5 electric , Kia Sorrento. Mainly, the repairs will be necessary for the Ford Fiestas of which there are currently (as of March 2025) +/- 950 still in operation. Both the brands/types and the number of cars owned by the WGK Limburg can change depending on possible future transitions in the fleet and management. The specified vehicles are therefore not binding for the entire duration of the contract. For parcels 1-3, this involves approximately 400 body repairs each year with a budget of approximately € 400,000. The most common damage locations are: front and rear bumper and doors. For the 4th lot, there are about 50 repairs as a result of glass breakage, mainly windscreens. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
