France-Paris: Building construction work
The aim of the operation is to build the new Palace of Justice in Limoges, which will be brought together in a new ERP building of approximately 7 500 square metres SHON, the Regional Court, the District Court and the Commercial Court.
As an indication, one of the specific features of the site will lie in a phase of the works making it more difficult to carry out. Applicants are informed that the consultation of companies will be organised on the basis of the preliminary draft studies. The project studies (Pro) will be carried out after notification of the works contract, in close cooperation between the firm and the supervisor, within the framework of the fixed part. A presentation meeting will be offered to successful candidates before the WFD is delivered.
The contracting authority will pay particular attention to the quality of the operation and compliance with the required technical performance. To this end, a quality control plan will be attached to the consultation file. On the basis of this plan, the company will be responsible for drawing up its own quality assurance plan in order to meet all the requirements set out to it.
