Finland-Helsinki: Telecommunications services
HUS’s objective is to acquire, as a framework agreement under the Procurement Act, direct analogue telephone access to the centres of the public telephone network. The purpose of the interfaces is (1) Readiness Interfaces and (2) alarm lines for different security alarms and other technical systems.
All suppliers that meet the conditions of the invitation to tender will be selected and which provide direct telephone lines to at least one street address in the HUS area of operation (Uusimaa) and HYKS Erva (Kymen Valley, South Karelia) and who declare their acceptance of the draft contract.
HUS orders direct analogue access from suppliers involved in the framework agreement, each order being preceded by a call for tenders to the suppliers involved in the framework agreement. Tenders will be awarded at the lowest price.
In addition to the HUS data management, the framework agreement may be used by other HUS entities and HUS subsidiaries.
