Description

(1) The subject-matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of fault-resolution services in PSE S.A.’s linear electricity facilities in accordance with the scope set out in Part II of the ToR.
(2) The subject-matter of the contract shall include, but are not limited to:
(a) the Contractor’s service brigades are ready to perform the subject of the contract in a timely manner (the conditions of availability to be met by the Contractor in order to perform the subject-matter of the contract in time are laid down in Chapter I, Section 5 of Part II of the ToR);
(b) performing emergency inspections on linear electricity facilities;
(C) remedying the consequences of failures occurring on linear electricity facilities.
The execution of the services shall be carried out on the basis of one-off orders and an agreed schedule of work.
