The Irish Heritage Trust would like to significantly increase the visitor numbers and dwell time at Fota House, Arboretum and Gardens by creating a brilliant, inspiring, elegant, visitor attraction / visitor offer /visitor proposition that aligns with the vision and values of the Trust, listens to and understands the requirements of those that visit and those that don’t, takes cognisance of the best international trends in sustainable Heritage Tourism and delivers an evidence base phased delivery plan to achieve the Irish Heritage Trusts aspiratation for the site.
