Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. Point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Of Laws 2018, item 2129) comprising work on forest breeding and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and scrapping of timber to be carried out in the Ustka Forest District in 2020.
The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the total number of works on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and scrapping work to be carried out in the Ustka Forest District in 2020.
Details of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the Specifications of the Terms of Reference and its annexes.
