Description

Am Fraunhofer-Institut für Kurzzeitdynamik Ernst-Mach-Institut EMI in Freiburg wird eine Brandschutzsanierung durchgeführt. Der zu sanierende Gebäudekomplex besteht aus zwei Gebäudeteilen aus dem Baujahr 1958 und 1965. Der Gebäudekomplex wurde mehrmals umgebaut und erweitert. Die BGF beträgt ca. 6.585 m² und die Hauptnutzfläche ca. 4.400 m². Der zu sanierende Gebäudekomplex besteht aus Untergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und 1. bis 3. Obergeschoss. Die Brandschutzsanierung erfolgt im laufendem Betrieb. Es sind die Technischen Anlagen im Gebäude der Anlagengruppe 4, 5 und 6 zu planen und die Ausführung zu überwachen.
