Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms with a maximum annual amount of EUR 2 000 000 excluding VAT for each renewal period. The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. The work consists of: - Pre-work studies - Pavement planing - Addition of additives to planed materials - Implementation of corrected planed materials - Compaction - Production of sealants Derogation from the principle of exclusivity: Additional diagnostic services, such as asbestos and PAH diagnostics, derogate from the principle of exclusivity because they are included in the framework agreements for the construction of asphalts (in the case of asphalt works without prior technical studies) and assistance to project management for the design and external control of pavement works (in the case of prior technical studies)
