Description

Framework Agreement for Maintenance, Operation and Maintenance of Building Technical Facilities (E2MT) - 2025. Multi-technical maintenance of buildings belonging to the Industrial, Railway, Stations, Tertiary and Social portfolios. The contract is divided into eighteen (18) geographical lots. The purpose of this consultation is to select thirty-six (36) holders: eighteen (18) main contracts and eighteen (18) secondary contracts (in the event of default by the holder of the main contract). The Contractor shall carry out the tasks on the geographical lot(s) of which he is the holder. Tenderers may respond to one or more lots as they see fit. The contract will consist of a period: • A period of six (6) months for the take-over phase of the Contract. • A firm duration of forty-eight (48) months, i.e. five (4) years, for the current execution phase of the missions from the date of execution of the missions. • An optional duration of thirty-six (36) months, i.e. three (3) years, for the current extension phase of the missions (the exercise of the option will take place 3 months before the end of the firm duration) for a maximum duration of ninety (90) months, i.e. seven and a half (7,5) years.
