Description

The contracting authority wishes to ensure the continuous security of the objectives (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year) against vandalism, access to premises with dangerous substances, trafficking in prohibited substances, theft, destruction, fire and other actions causing material damage. Note: A) Pursuant to Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which economic operators interested in participating in the public procurement procedure have the right to request clarifications in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B) In accordance with the obligation laid down in Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority shall respond in a clear and concrete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification sent after the date referred to in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a reply within the time limit referred to in point B) and as a result any request for clarification outside the said time limits will be considered to be late. Both requests for clarifications from economic operators in relation to the tender documentation and the contracting authority’s response to requests for clarifications or additional information received under Article 160(1) of the Law shall be posted in SEAP at the specific section available in the information system.
