1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 4 new, unused, completely low-floor/low-entry single-unit EV buses, MINI and MIDI class, manufactured in 2025, adapted for the transport of disabled people with additional equipment, intended for regular urban transport with charging infrastructure, which are part of the family of city buses with a high degree of unification, one manufacturer (brand). 2. The scope of the contract includes: - delivery of 2 brand new electric city buses, one brand of MINI class with a length of 7.5 - 8.8 m, width and total height in accordance with the conditions of entry into service. The bus shall have at least 45 seats, of which at least 15 seats, at least 6 accessible from low floor level and at least 1 wheelchair space with support device and a space designated for a pram with backrest and support; - delivery of 2 brand new electric city buses, one brand of MIDI class with a length of 9.00 – 10.80 [m], a width and a total height in accordance with the conditions of entry into service. The bus shall have at least 65 seats, of which at least 22 seats, at least 6 accessible from low floor level and at least 1 wheelchair space with support device and a space designated for a pram with backrest and support. Vehicles must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on technical conditions of the vehicle and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, as amended). The Contractor shall: - conduct training for 10 drivers and 6 mechanics, - grant a guarantee on the terms specified by the Ordering Party, - grant a license for the software of the equipment delivered or issued together with the subject of delivery, - provide service assistance on the terms specified in the Specifications of the Terms of Order and in the contract. 2. The scope of the contract also includes: delivery of 2 mobile two-station plug-in chargers. Each charger must allow the bus (energy storage) to be charged with a power of 40-80 kW, depending on the number of vehicles charged by the charger. The bus charging process must start automatically, i.e. after the Plug-in charger has been started and the Plug-in charger cable, terminated with the CCS Type 2 system plug, has been connected to the bus socket. Chargers shall have a tell-tale indicating the charging process, a fault tell-tale and a button built into the panel to enable the charging to be completed at any time. Chargers must be suitable for continuous operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for the time necessary to perform service activities. The plug-in charger shall be protected against unauthorised use, e.g. key switch – recommended solution, numerical code or other effective solution. Plug-in chargers will be operated on the premises of the bus depot without roofing, which means that Plug-in chargers must be resistant to changing weather conditions (ambient conditions), characteristic of the place of operation.
