Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 4 new, non-operated, completely low-floor / low-density single-unit EV buses, class MINI and MIDI, manufactured in 2025, adapted for the transport of disabled people with additional equipment, intended for regular public transport with charging infrastructure, being part of a family of city buses with a high degree of unification, one manufacturer (brand). 2. The scope of the contract includes: - the supply of 2 brand new electric city buses, one brand of the MINI class with a length of 7.5 - 8.8 m, width and overall height in accordance with the conditions for entry into service. The bus shall have at least 45 seats, of which at least 15 shall be seats, at least 6 shall be accessible from a low floor level and at least 1 shall be designated for a wheelchair with a supporting device and shall be designated for a pram with a backrest and support; - the supply of 2 brand new electric city buses, one brand of MIDI class with a length of 9.00 - 10.80 m, width and overall height in accordance with the conditions for entry into service. The bus shall have at least 65 seats, of which at least 22 shall be seated, at least 6 shall be accessible from the low floor and at least 1 shall be designated for the wheelchair with its supporting device and shall be designated for the pram with its backrest and support. Vehicles must meet the requirements set out in the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of the vehicle and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, as amended). The Contractor must: - conduct training for 10 drivers and 6 mechanics, - grant a guarantee under the conditions specified by the Ordering Party, - grant a license for the software of the delivered equipment or issued together with the subject of delivery, - provide service assistance under the conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Order and in the contract. 2. The scope of the contract also includes: delivery of 2 plug-in mobile dual chargers. Each charger must be able to charge the bus (energy warehouses) with 40-80 kW, depending on the number of vehicles charged by the charger.
