Description

Framework agreement for the centralised procurement of supplies of non-inventorible office equipment in which the successful tenderer for each lot undertakes to deliver to the bodies of the Administration of the Government of the Autonomous Community of Castile-La Mancha and its autonomous bodies the items to be supplied, successively and per unit price, without the total amount being precisely defined at the time of the conclusion of the contract, since deliveries are subject to the needs of the purchasers, shall be used as a framework agreement, in accordance with Articles 9.3 and 198.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011 of 14 November approving the recast text of the Law on Public Sector Contracts (hereinafter TRLCSP).
