Description

Procurement of medicinal products , in accordance with the Tender Specifications and the Lot List of this notice.Economic operators may request clarifications/additional information no later than 18 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests will be on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contacting authority reserves the right to resize the contracted quantity in accordance with Article 221, paragraph 1, letter e/ and paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016. The framework agreement will be concluded on the date of the award of this procedure starting with the validity of both the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts after the conclusion of the validity of the framework agreements and the subsequent contracts related to the products subject to this procurement procedure. In the event that the centralised public procurements organised by the Ministry of Health will be completed during the validity of the framework agreement concluded for the medicinal products covered by this procedure, the contracting unit will terminate the framework agreement/subsequent contract, by written notification without any compensation, and the procurement procedure will be carried out in accordance with the new contracts concluded by the Ministry of Health. For the CPV codes relating to this procedure, the framework agreement will be concluded on the date of award of the contract in this procedure and the subsequent contracts will be concluded after the end of the validity of the framework agreements and the subsequent contracts in the ongoing procedure.
