Description

The object is the complete security of printing, copying, scanning services through the supply of new devices (‘printing services’), including SW for monitoring printing for individual users of the contracting authority. Furthermore, the provision of services at the Reprographic Centre of the Contracting Authority, including staffing.
The subject-matter of the contract is defined in detail by a binding model of the contract for the provision of press services and its annexes, which include, inter alia, a detailed definition of the minimum parameters of the printing/multifunctional devices provided, the minimum service parameters (SLA), the parameters and functionalities of the press system and staffing.
Further specifications are given in Annexes 1 and 4 to the relevant tender specifications.
