1. The State of Baden-Württemberg operates so-called school psychological counselling centres at 28 locations in Baden-Württemberg. Within the scope of the counselling services within the area of responsibility of the school psychological counselling centres, currently 1,610 active counselling teachers provide case-by-case counselling. 2. The individual consultations are carried out on the basis of standardized psychological-diagnostic questionnaire and test procedures by means of paper pencil procedures (hereinafter: test procedures). The evaluation of the tests is carried out by means of evaluation sheets in paper form. 3. In connection with the implementation of the test procedures, the ZSL requires at regular intervals (a) new questionnaires and tests for the training and induction of new counselling teachers and (b) newly standardised test procedures to equip all 28 locations of the school psychological counselling centres in Baden-Württemberg (hereinafter: procurement needs). 4. In order to cover the procurement needs, a framework supply contract with a term of 4 years is to be concluded. The start date of the framework delivery contract should be 01.04.2025.
