Description

The objective of the contract is to develop the internationalisation competencies of Lapland’s SMEs’ management and key personnel – implementation of a coaching programme.
The project is partially restricted from the Northern Finland Outermost region part of the ESF programme for Mainland Finland, Axis 1: The development of work organisations, the working workforce and enterprises, and the promotion of entrepreneurship. The project runs for a period of two years from the 2007-2013 programming period.
