Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase and successive supply to the Contracting Authority’s premises of medicinal products, dressing materials. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the quantities and the type of products to be procured is given in detail in Annex 3a to the ToR.
The maximum delivery time is 4 working days (96 hours). Only one tender may be submitted by each Contractor. The content of the tender must correspond to the content of the ToR.
The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 23 separate lots (packages).
The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted.
Each Contractor may submit a tender for individual packages.
Each package will be considered separately.
