Description

The contract provides for the provision of advice for the construction of a new heating centre (SMC). The plant is to be built on ‘bar field’ and there are requirements for the architectural expression of the new building. The building will be located on the old coal site, north of the Svanemølle Power Station. The volume of the building is given in advance, as well as the overall decor. The total construction cost is estimated at 1,250 MDKK. Resource costs (external and internal hourly costs) are not included in the construction cost. The advisory tasks (this call for tenders) concern technical advice and assistance at all stages, cf. HOFOR’s Project Model “PPL – Professional Project Management”. The advice is offered in the form of shared advice with responsibility for planning, in the case of both ‘usual advice’ and ‘resource deposits’, depending on the lot. HOFOR’s background for the provision of shared advice is that a Project Team with the best collaborators on the market is put together for the implementation of the project. For further information and tasks and services, please refer to the Project, Task and Performance description attached to this invitation to tender. In total, the advisory services are divided into 11 lots, each of which is offered as a stand-alone tender. Tender specifications for this call for tenders cover only Lot 1 in extract: 9.1 Lot 1 – Deputy Project and Design Manager (resource deposits) Deputy Project and Design Management, includes the provision of Deputy Project and Design Management with one resource person on a full-time basis. Vejlandshuset/Svanemølleværket will be the daily work place. The Deputy Project and Design Manager works under HOFOR's responsibility and management and reports to the Project Manager. The deputy project and design manager will be responsible for the management of the tasks carried out by the project supervisors. The overall tasks and responsibilities of the Deputy Project and Design Manager are that: • Ensure the achievement of the project's objectives and overall framework, including the preparation of recommendation notes to the Steering Committee concerning time, finances, quality, risk, resources and insurance conditions throughout the project period. • Contribute to updating the Business Case, Project Organisation, Project Handbook, phase change settings, including anticipation, motivation, sparring and conflict management. • Follow up on risk and safety assessments, interfaces, project changes, authority contact plan. • Convening and following up on cooperation and coordination meetings with the project's professional groups. • Participate in building meetings and commissioning meetings, including continuously contributing to and following up on progress, changes, quality, economy, HSE, FAT, SAT, errors and deficiencies, deviations and general project follow-up. • Carry out daily follow-up of schedules in cooperation with the Project Manager, including identification of critical path and reporting of progress. • Prepare overall plans for the designers' production, and have the day-to-day coordination between the designers. • Participate in project planning and help create motivation among the project managers as well as create an overview of interfaces, deliveries, deadlines, schedule, etc. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
