Korczak Pediatric Centre for the M. Kopernik Provincial Multidisciplinary Oncology and Traumatology Centre in Łódź. The subject matter of this Agreement includes in particular: a. Execution of construction and installation works on the basis of Design Documentation b. Execution of industry as-built documentation c. Organisation and execution of the necessary tests, tests, measurements and acceptances, as well as final acceptance of all works subject to the contract, d. Preparation of a notice on behalf of the Ordering Party on the commencement and completion of works and obtaining permits required by law necessary for the construction of the facility and its commissioning (if required).
