Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest produkcja i dostawa 5 000 szt. koszul służbowych letnich w zamówieniu podstawowym (gwarantowanym) oraz maksymalnie 3 000 szt. w prawie opcji:
— zamówienie podstawowe (gwarantowane) – 5 000 szt.,
— maksymalne zamówienie opcjonalne nr 1 – 1 000 szt.,
— maksymalne zamówienie opcjonalne nr 2 – 2 000 szt.
Razem maksymalna wielkość zamówienia – 8 000 szt.
Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w specyfikacji technicznej nr 10/Ckt/2018 edycja marzec 2018 (koszula służbowa letnia); specyfikacji technicznej 52/Ckt/2019 edycja wrzesień 2019 (tkanina na koszule służbowe letnie) stanowiących załącznik nr 3 do SIWZ.
Wzór poglądowy wyrobu do wglądu w siedzibie Zamawiającego po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu terminu.
