The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude an Agreement with a Contractor that detects and stops 24x7 digital threats and attacks directed at the VRU, both from inside and outside the organization, at an early stage. The agreement supports the overarching goal of raising the cyber security of the VRU to a higher level and thereby strengthening the continuity of the organization.
