Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 ze zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz zagospodarowania turystycznego, nasiennictwa, utrzymania infrastruktury w leśnictwach i pozostałej działalności ubocznej, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Czaplinek w roku 2025. Szczegółowy zakres prac zawarty jest w dokumentach zamówienia (Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia i jej załącznikach). Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 129 ust. 1 pkt 1) w zw. z art. 129 ust. 2 oraz art. 132-139 ustawy z 11.09.2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 ze zm. – dalej „PZP”) oraz aktów wykonawczych do PZP, zgodnie z zasadami przewidzianymi dla zamówień klasycznych o wartości równej lub przekraczającej progi unijne.
