Description

Årjängs kommun har genom tidigare tecknat kontrakt rätt att nyttja HR-systemet Personec P med tilläggsfunktioner. Nyttjanderätten är ej begränsad i tiden.
Support, underhåll och vidareutveckling måste ske löpande för att systemet ska fungera för dess avsedda ändamål. Årjängs kommun behöver därför ingå ett avtal rörande dessa åtgärder.
Avtalet utgör ett underhålls-, support-, utvecklings- och samarbetsavtal vars syfte är att säkerställa att Årjängs kommun under avtalstiden kan använda avtalat IT-system på bästa sätt.
I och med detta meddelande om frivillig förhandsinsyn meddelar Årjängs kommun sin avsikt att tilldela kontraktet till Visma Enterprise AB. Avtal tecknas tidigast då 10 dagar har gått från det att annonsen publicerats i den europeiska annonsdatabasen TED.
