Description

Täby Municipality (‘the Municipality’) hereby invites suppliers to submit tenders for cleaning services.
This contract concerns cleaning services for 3 items within the municipality of Täby: Ellag School, Byleskolan School and School of Vocational Education.
Tenders are submitted for the entire contract. Thus, tenders are submitted for all 3 items.
The following services are included in the tenderer’s commitment (the contract):
— regular cleaning and periodical services (mass cleaning and floor care);
— the acquisition, management and cost of cleaning supplies/equipment,
— handling and costs of entrance carpets;
— acquisition and handling of consumables;
Additional additional services may also include:
— extra cleaning hours.
The following may also be considered as additional options:
— window-rendering,
— clean-up services,
— moving – floor zeroing.

The duration of the agreement is envisaged for approximately two (2) years, from 1.1,2017 to 30.6.2018, with the possibility of a four-(4) year extension for up to two (2) years at a time (total duration of the contract approx. 6 years).
