Description

The subject of this contract is the acquisition and maintenance of VIDAL tools and associated services. The aim of this contract is to meet the need for the solutions proposed by the service provider VIDAL, which has the technical exclusivity for the latter. This need initially concerns tools: - VIDAL Hoptimal more mobile consultation; - Multi-connector pack; - The GPR module; - The VIDAL Sentinel tool. The other tools offered by the VIDAL service provider will also be available under this contract, via the supplier's catalogue. The framework agreement, without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount, will be executed by issuing order forms. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is EUR 132 500 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 530 000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract. The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. The framework agreement is renewable
