Description

Die Sophie Scholl Gesamtschule Wennigsen soll um eine Mensa/Aula mit Versammlungsstätte sowie zusätzlichen Unterrichtsräumen erweitert werden. Es handelt sich um ein Neubauprojekt. Das entstehende Gebäude positioniert sich im östlichen Teil des Grundstücks zwischen der Sporthalle und der Argestorfer Straße. Der Neubau setzt sich aus zwei Geschossen mit einem Zwischengeschoss für die Technik zusammen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der große Mensa- bzw. Veranstaltungsraum, der Küchenbereich mit Ausgabe und Lehrküche sowie die Sanitärräume. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich Unterrichtsräume. Das Gebäude wird in Anlehnung an den Passivhausstandard errichtet. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Einbau von Stahlzargen und Türblättern.
