Description

This procedure follows a previous consultation (of which 2 lots were declared unsuccessful) which was published in BOAMP diff. No 2019-254 of 2019-09-11 and in OJ 2019/s176-427876 of 2019.9.12.
The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The services are divided into 2 lots. The maximum framework agreement is to be concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1o, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It will lead to the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Subsequent contracts will be ordinary markets.
