1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są leki, substancje recepturowe i płyny infuzyjne.
2. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: 33600000-6.
3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Każdy z 3 pakietów stanowi osobny przedmiot zamówienia:
Pakiet I – leki i substancje recepturowe,
Pakiet II – leki,
Pakiet III – leki.
4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych.
5. Wielkość i szacowany zakres zamówienia określony jest w załączniku nr 6 do niniejszej specyfikacji warunków zamówienia
6. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość wyceny równoważnych nazw leków, z zachowaniem tej samej substancji leczniczej i dawki.
7. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza wyceny suplementów diety.
