On the basis of these contractual documents, the Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Management Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (contractor), intends to conclude a framework agreement with a supplier (contractor) for the supply of representative official clothing for the forestry and agriculture sectors for the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Tourism and its downstream authorities. The content of this call for tenders is the planned award of contracts for the compartment "Representation jacket and vest" and the compartment "Poloshirt". The framework agreement is to be concluded for a period of 2 years plus a two-time extension option of 1 year each (with a possible total duration of 4 years).
