Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz szkółkarstwa, gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej, nasiennictwa, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Puławy w roku 2022 (z wyłączeniem leśnictw Gołąb i Zagórki). Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz szkółkarstwa, gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej, nasiennictwa wynikające z dokumentacji postępowania.
Standardy jakościowe odnoszące się do wszystkich istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia, określa Decyzja nr 19 Dyrektora Generalnego Lasów Państwowych z dnia 17 marca 2021 r. w sprawie wprowadzenia do stosowania „Opisu standardu technologii wykonawstwa prac leśnych" w jednostkach organizacyjnych LP.
