Description

On behalf of the Ministry of Defence, the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf intends to carry out the PPS Kamp Nieuw-Milligen project in Uddel. The project concerns the realization of an operational barracks for Defence and more specifically the Marine Corps. The project is contracted through a DBFMO agreement. This DBFMO agreement mainly includes the design, construction, provision of facility services, provision of resources, provision of facilities, maintenance and financing of the barracks. The barracks will be realized on the site of the existing Defense location Kamp Nieuw-Milligen, address Meervelderweg 19 in Uddel municipality of Apeldoorn. The scope of the project includes housing, services and resources excluding a number of services such as surveillance, security and ICT. The barracks will be realized for approximately 2,250 employees and the term of the DBFMO agreement is 25 years from the Availability Date. The barracks has a distinction in about 31 main functionalities in six clusters (works, logistics, Maritime Special Operations Forces, housing, sports and operational) that concern approximately 130,000 m2 of BVO building-related functions, approximately 35,000 m2 of functional terrain and approximately 115,000 m2 of parking facilities.
