Description

Rozbudowa Drogi Krajowej nr 81 na odcinku ul. Kościuszki z budową węzła Armii Krajowej – etap IV. Etap IV obejmuje rozbudowę odcinka drogi ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki od wiaduktu kolejowego do wysokości Stacji Paliw, przebudowę odcinka drogi ul. Armii Krajowej i skrzyżowania ulic Armii Krajowej – Kościuszki jako węzła dwupoziomowego, przebudowę ul. Małachowskiego, ul. Harcerzy Września 1939 oraz odcinka drogi dojazdowej – ul. Bez nazwy. Szczegółowy zakres prac określają:
a) warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia;
b) przedmiary robót;
c) specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, d) dokumentacja projektowa;
e) wzór umowy. Wymagania dot. zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę na podstawie umowy o pracę osób – art. 29 ust. 3a ustawy – Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony, gdy Wykonawca złoży oświadczenie o zatrudnieniu zgodnie pkt. 10.6 SIWZ. Zamówienie jest współfiin. przez UE ze środków programu „Infrastrukturura i Środowisko” 2014–2020.
