Description

Die BARMER plant ihre elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) auf eine zukunftssichere, modulare digitale Plattform ("eCare App") umzustellen und bestehende Services sowie gematik-zertifizierte Komponenten flexibel integrierbar zu gestalten. Die geplante App-Architektur sieht vor, zentrale Funktionalitäten - App-Rahmen, gematik-Module, Frontend der Versicherten sowie Mehrwertservices und TI-Komponenten - voneinander zu entkoppeln und über standardisierte Schnittstellen modular bereitzustellen. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Entwicklung eines App-Rahmens mit Plug-In-Technologie und die schrittweise Integration bestehender Module und Services (z. B. Laborwerte, Medikationslisten, E-Rezept, Aktenverwaltung). Ziel ist es, sowohl Compliance mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben als auch eine umfassende Skalierbarkeit, Innovationsfreundlichkeit und bestmöglichen Service für die Versicherten der BARMER sicherzustellen.
