Description

Consultation initiated by a grouping of orders. The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are divided into 2 lots. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. This consultation is part of a global move towards a fleet of clean scooters, and thus meet the standards imposed (e.g. AGEC Act) by the establishment of a Low Emission Zone on the Toulouse metropolis. In this context, provision is made mainly for the purchase of two-wheeled electric scooters of the following types: - L1e with an engine power of 4 kW maximum - speed limited to 45 km/h - L3e with an engine power between 4 kW minimum and less than 11 Kw - speed greater than 45 km/h . As well as 2-wheel thermal scooters, to meet the specific needs of certain technical services, such as: - about 50 cm3 and about 125 cm3, - Scooters equipped with 4-stroke Motor - Limited to 45 km/h for the scooter in about 50 cm3, and limited to about 110 km/h for the scooter 125 cm3.
