Description

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of laptops for AMU units for a period of 12 months, with the right of option, with the possibility of extension by 12 months, where:
Under the basic contract:
70 laptops (70% of the maximum gross value of the contract)
b) Under the optional contract:
30 laptops (the remaining 30% of the gross maximum value of the contract)
Laptops will be delivered in batches (in the form of partial orders) depending on the Customer's needs. The price of the tender must also include transport - delivery of partial orders to individual organisational units of the Adam Mickiewicz University, each time indicated by the Contracting Authority. By the term delivery, the Ordering Party understands the sale and delivery of equipment to the user.
