The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of the PAN spectrograph, a two-channel spectrograph with high resolution and precision measurement of radial velocities, intended for the 2.5 m telescope at the Cerro Murphy Observatory in Chile. The scope of the contract includes, among others: - execution of opto-electro-mechanical spectrograph design (including units: spectrograph, calibration unit, Cassegrain unit), - production and testing of components, - delivery of the spectrograph to the installation site, - installation and commissioning of the system on site, - performance of acceptance tests (FAT and SAT), - provision and implementation of spectrograph control software.
