Description

The State Office for Nature, Environment and Climate (LANUK) operates the groundwater monitoring networks required for the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia to implement the state obligations under the EC WFD (Section 9 GrwV) and the Nitrates Directive (Section 13a DüV in conjunction with the AVV GeA 2022, Annex 1). In a parallel framework agreement (Fachlos 1), the site inspection, preliminary planning and preparation of bills of quantities for the new construction of groundwater measuring points, the expert implementation of the construction supervision as well as the implementation of measuring point inspections (preparation of measuring point passports) were advertised. At the same time, it is necessary to carry out surveying work (location and height) including the associated interpolation procedures for measuring points affected by mining. This is the subject of the planned project, which is hereby advertised (Fachlos 2). The services mainly include the elevation and latitude measurement of groundwater measuring points for the entire state territory, i.e. the administrative districts of Düsseldorf, Münster, Cologne, Arnsberg and Detmold. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement in the course of an open procedure pursuant to Paragraph 15(1) of the VgV with an unlimited number of undertakings. Reference is also made to the terms of reference.
