Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Rydułtowa, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK: • paper, • plastics, • multi-material packaging waste, • metals, • glass, • bio-waste forming part of plants from the care of green areas and gardens, • other bio-waste constituting municipal waste, • hazardous waste, • waste electrical and electronic equipment (including incomplete equipment), • furniture and other bulky waste, • waste tyres, • construction and demolition waste from households, • waste textiles and clothing, • waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, • expired medicines and chemicals, • waste batteries and accumulators. The construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste that the Contracting Authority intends to cover with this contract includes waste with the following codes: 17 01 01 concrete waste and concrete debris from demolition and renovation, 17 01 03 waste of other ceramic materials and fittings, 17 01 07 mixed waste of concrete, brick debris, ceramic waste and fittings other than those mentioned in 17 01 06, 17 03 80 – waste papa, 17 06 04 – insulating materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03. 2) Maintenance and operation of PSZOK and equipment in containers is provided by the Ordering Party. 3) For the collection of waste in PSZOK it is envisaged to use: a) containers KP7, KP18, KP19, KP34, b) containers of 1100 l for waste: paper, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste, glass, textiles and clothing, other bio-waste constituting municipal waste, (c) 110/120 l containers for waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, (d) containers for hazardous waste: ◦ fluorescent lamp container – 1 piece, ◦ battery container 1 piece, ◦ battery container 1 piece, ◦ waste container containing mercury 1 piece, ◦ receptacle for worked oils – 1 piece, ◦ receptacle for paints, varnishes, solvents 1 piece, ◦ receptacle for fats, resins – 1 piece, ◦ receptacle for plant protection products – 1 piece, • receptacle for expired medicines – 1 piece 3) Estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and disposed of during the contract period: 316 Mg.
