Description

The application support services (lot 1) will be carried out in the N1 or N2 support teams in Paris Habitat responsible for incidents and applications. The objectives are to classify internal incidents, resolve them or direct them to N2 according to the nature of the incident. The objectives for N2 are to analyse incidents against the whole context and to resolve the incident in relation to N3 experts and users.
Project management services (lot 2) will be carried out in the support teams N2 and N3 in Paris Habitat. The objectives of these services are to steer projects, developments or help to provide support in order to ensure that the priorities of the professions are properly taken into account.
These services focus on the main applications of Paris Habitat Ikos and DCRM.
The services will be ordered in the form of a work unit defined in the CCP.
