Description

The contract concerns:
Sale and supply exco of the MZK Konin warehouse located at ul. M. Dąbrowska 1a of the following liquid fuels:
— diesel fuel in quantities of approximately – 1 550 000 l per year
— 95 unleaded petrol in quantities of approximately – 7.500 l per year
The Procurer reserves the right to purchase less fuel than that indicated above, in accordance with current operational needs.
The subject-matter of the contract must comply with the applicable Polish standards (diesel oil – PN-EN-590, unleaded petrol 95 PN-EN 228) and industry regulations (Regulation of the Minister for the Economy of 9 December 2008 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text D.U. of 2013, item 1058).
