1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products as part of Emergency Access to Medicine Technologies. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. 1) Part 1 – Medicinal products, 2) Part 2 – Medicinal products, 3) Part 3 – Medicinal products, 4) Part 4 – Medicinal products, 5) Part 5 – Medicinal products. 3. The detailed description and method of performance of the contract is contained in the table of assortment and price of Annex 2 to the SWZ – for Part No 1-5, respectively, and the model contract constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option.
