The subject of the contract is the launch of e-services, the implementation of software and the provision of the necessary equipment for the City of Puławy for the purposes of the implemented project entitled: ‘Development of electronic public services in the MOF of the City of Puławy’. In accordance with Article 91(1) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted in two lots as follows: 1) Part I - Implementation of software for the launch of e-services together with the supply of the necessary equipment, which includes the following elements of the contract: a. Modernisation of the domain-specific systems and their integration with the e-services portal and the document workflow - m. Puławy. b. Implementation of the e-Recruitment system with integration for 9 schools - m. Puławy. c. Implementation of the electronic document workflow system - EZD RP in the UM Puławy. d. Implementation of the electronic document workflow system - EZD RP in subordinate units (within the infrastructure of the City Hall). e. Implementation of the GIS system with the provision of geospatial data of the City and the launch of e-services. f. Digitalisation of plans - migration, adaptation. g. Creation of a common portal ZIT. h. Supply of the necessary server equipment and software: 2 servers, 2 disk arrays, 2 FC switches, 1 virtualization software, 1 copy software. 2) Part II - Supply of essential office equipment and software to end-users, consisting of the following elements of the contract: 16 pcs. of barcode readers, 16 pcs. of barcode printers, 16 pcs. of scanners, 45 pcs. of AiO computers with OS, 40 pcs. of office packages.
