The purpose of the contract is to designate the successful tenderer as integrator, whose task will be to provide the services in order to harmonise and unify the WePulse Programmeā€™s Social Area solutions and to develop this common solution by the end of 2028 towards the application target meeting the new needs identified by the CPAS. The integrator service provider must integrate the common application solution in question into the regional architecture; the solution must interoperate with the other applications used by the CPAS, including in priority the solutions used in the Finance and Human Resources Management business areas (Soft and Hard HR). It will have to support the implementation of the strategies defined by the Governance of the program and the master plans supported by IRISteam and support the digital transformation of CPAS. It will have to ensure the high quality of the services provided.
