De overeenkomst bestaat uit de levering van gecompenseerd gas en duurzame elektriciteit, inclusief GvO’s en VER’s. De levering van gas en elektriciteit is voor alle aangesloten panden/locaties ná 31-12-2025. De aanbestedende dienst heeft de opdracht bewust samengevoegd. De gemeente Valkenswaard wenst echter; - het aantal overeenkomsten, contacten en facturen te beperken; - de overeenkomst en de interne kosten beheersbaar te houden; - gecentraliseerde verantwoordelijkheden; - zorgen van één aanspreekpunt; - uniforme werkwijze en aansturing.
