Poland-Nowogard: Diesel oil
The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, the Mokravia SOP, the Świnoujście SOP and the SPO in Mielenku Drawski.

The subject-matter of the contract is divided into lots:
(1) Lot 1 Słajsino – the scope of the contract covers the non-cash refuelling of liquid fuels up to 490 800 litres in the following range:
(a) diesel – 490 800 l.
(b) the sale will be carried out on a non-cash basis.
(C) The place of delivery of the fuel will be RZGO in Słajsin.
(D) fuel will be sold by refuelling into fuel tanks
(e) capacity:3 containers x 5 000 l = 15 000 l.
(F) The minimum quantity of single delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, up to a maximum of 15 000 l.
(2) Lot 2 Mokrawica – the scope of the contract covers the non-cash refuelling of liquid fuels up to 36 400 litres in the following range:
(a) diesel – 36 400 l.
(b) the sale will be carried out on a non-cash basis.
(C) The place of delivery of the fuel will be the SPO in Mokravia.
(D) the sale of fuel will be carried out by refuelling into fuel tanks.
(e) tank capacity 3.500 l.
(F) The minimum quantity of single delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, with a maximum of 3.500 l.
(3) Lot 3 Świnoujście – the scope of the contract covers the non-cash refuelling of liquid fuels not exceeding 36 400 litres in the following range:
(a) diesel – 36 400 l
(b) the sale will be carried out on a non-cash basis.
(C) The place of delivery of the fuel will be SPO in Świnoujście
(D) the sale of fuel will be carried out by refuelling into fuel tanks.
(e) tank capacity 3.500 l.
(F) The minimum quantity of single delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, with a maximum of 3.500 l.
(4) Lot 4 Mielenko Drawskie – the scope of the contract covers the non-cash refuelling of liquid fuels not exceeding 36 400 litres in the following mix:
(a) diesel fuel 36 400 l
(b) the sale will be carried out on a non-cash basis.
(C) The place of delivery of the fuel will be SPO in Mielenku Drawski
(D) the sale of fuel will be carried out by refuelling into fuel tanks.
(e) tank capacity 3.500 l.
(F) The minimum quantity of single delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, with a maximum of 3.500 l.
3. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots
4. The fuels supplied must meet the criteria laid down in the current Regulation of the Minister for the Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels and standard PN-EN 590.
5. gas oil for the equipment will be delivered to auto tankers complying with the requirements of the current legislation, including rules on the transport of dangerous goods fitted with filler tips with an authorised “meter” in units of measurement – litre.
6. The contracting authority does not provide for advance payments.
7. The anticipated quantities of products to be procured are maximum and the procurer reserves the possibility to purchase a smaller quantity of product. The contractor will not have any claim against the contracting authority on that basis.
8. The contracting authority reserves the possibility of refuelling the contracting authority’s vehicles at service stations designated by the contractor to operate the contracting authority, located within a distance of 20 km from the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsinie.
9. If the description of the subject-matter of the contract indicates the standards, technical approvals and reference systems referred to in Article 30(1)-(3) of the Act, it must be assumed that the contracting authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
