Description

The organisation of the execution of the authorised works shall be carried out in accordance with the schedule of the technical execution project, the details of the execution and the organisation of the execution of the authorised works and in accordance with the solution study approved in accordance with ATR No 26003082/ 12.03.2025 (offered under Chapter.2.1) and shall be settled in accordance with the legislation in force. The contractor will provide the complete and operational facilities according to the requirements specified by the technical project, minimum requirements of the technical specifications/feasibility study In order to achieve the general objective, the specific objects of the project are 1. Execution OBJECT 01 - Rehabilitation of metal tanks for the storage of materials (fuels and lubricants) as well as interventions and related facilities (storage sector); 2. Execution OBJECT 02 - Realization of warehousing sector fencing and access gates; 3. Execution OBJECT 03 - Rehabilitation works at the C.F. unloading/loading ramp of the unit; 4. Execution OBJECT 04 - Rehabilitation works at the car ramp; 5. Execution OBJECT 05 - Railway station rehabilitation works; 6. Execution OBJECT 06 - Completion of new flag P+2; 7. Execution OBJECT 07 - Completion of flag L/PSI draw; 8. Execution OBJECT 08 - Rehabilitation of the generating group; 9. Execution OBJECT 09 - Rehabilitation of the water household; 10. Execution OBJECT 10 - Landscaping of concrete roads in the storage sector; 11. Execution OBJECT 11- Rehabilitation of pav.U7,U8,U15,U16 - semi-engined huts; 12. Execution OBJECT 12 - Rehabilitation and extension of the electrical network. The bidder executes all the works necessary for the timely completion of the investment, according to the Beneficiary's Requirements. The value of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses is 13,157,111.06 lei without VAT. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 10 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for additional clarifications/infomations at least 6 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
