Description

Für die Neugestaltung und Sanierung des Marktplatzes in Reutlingen wird ein Ideen- und Realisierungswettbewerb nach GWB und RPW 2013 durchgeführt.
Im vorgeschalteten Auswahlverfahren nach VgV werden neben 9 gesetzten Büros 18 weitere Büros bzw. Bewerbergemeinschaften für den Realisierungswettbewerb Ausgewählt.
Im Rahmen des erforderlichen Verhandlungsverfahrens gemäß VgV werden mit den Preisträgern Verhandlungsgespräche geführt. Die Ausloberin wird dann unter Würdigung der Empfehlung des Preisgerichts nach Abschluss des Wettbewerbs entsprechend RPW 2013 einem der Preisträger die für die Umsetzung des Wettbewerbsentwurfs notwendigen weiteren Planungsleistungen gemäß § 39 HOAI (Fassung von 2013) übertragen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise.
