Description

The municipality of Deventer wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the execution of the work with regard to the recruitment, (pre-)selection and/or administrative handling of external hiring and the provision of support in minimising (labour) law risks. For more information, see the tendering guide and accompanying annexes. All economic operators meeting the requirements are invited to submit a tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and/or by relying on third parties and/or subcontractors. The need for hiring is inherently dynamic. It is expected that the annual amount will be between € 6 and € 8 million per year. If the municipality of Deventer decides to purchase the optional part under this agreement, the scope of the assignment will be expanded annually. The size of the optional part of the agreement has been estimated between € 2 million and € 3 million per year. The total annual volume of the contract (i.e. including the optional part referred to in the previous paragraph) has been estimated at between €8 million and €11 million. This amount concerns the hourly rates of the candidates including the fixed hourly mark-up for the contractor. The total volume (i.e. optional part + possible extensions as referred to in section 2.7) has been estimated between € 40 million and € 55 million.
