The procuring entity intends to acquire the service of the Cybersecurity Officer/Information Security Commissioner/ISO/CISO, who will be responsible for the regulatory information security requirements of the procuring entity, the implementation of good practices, the implementation of required technologies and other issues related to cybersecurity, and the service of the NIS2 SOC, which is intended to help the procuring entity to identify and effectively manage security events and incidents, as required by the updated Lithuanian Law on Cyber Security (hereinafter referred to as the LCSL) in accordance with the NIS2 Directive, including the preparation of the documentation referred to in the LCSL.
